Comfortable & Quiet

It was a short stay but the room was comfortable and hotel quiet. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Onsite parking great as well.

Pleasant Stay

Staff were extremely helpful, polite & professional. Amenities on arrival were spotless & kept that way for our entire stay. Public transport was right at the front (bus) & train a 5 minute walk.

One night stay, convenience for the hospital

We just needed somewhere close to the hospital for one night. We arrived late and checked out early. Check in and out was fast with courteous staff. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfy. It’s across the road from the hospital and just a 3-minute walk.

Friendly Staff

The staff were so friendly and excellent in customer service. The location was good, close to Westfield Shopping Centre and the train station was just a minute away. We will definitely come back again next time.

Lovely for an overnight stay

We went to a concert at Sydney Olympic Park. The train station was 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Very easy to get around. Staff were lovely and friendly. Will stay here again.

Cozy and Comfortable

I had a very comfortable stay. The Reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. Cleanliness was very good as well. A good place to stay if you work or have medical visits at the Westmead Hospital. All amenities were right at the door step, restaurants, cafe, buses, trains etc. Overall, a very easy and stress free stay.

Nice motel & very convenient location

Short stay for trip to Sydney for surgery. The motel is walking distance to the Skin Hospital so very convenient. Staff very friendly. Accommodation very comfortable. Pros: All good Cons: Lift repaired Location: As stated very convenient to Skin Hospital

Perfect Choice

Recently was unfortunate to have a father in palliative care at Westmead. Stay was a day to day proposition. The facilities and staff were extremely helpful during this difficult time. Location to Hospital was critical to us and this was the perfect choice. On behalf of my family, and quite a few stayed here, I would like to thank all the staff, including cleaners, front office and management. Recommend 175 without any hesitation

Clean accommodation very pleasant

The accommodation including the bathroom & towels were spotless. Air-conditioning worked perfectly & the staff could not be more helpful & courteous. A small computer glitch but the staff were more than capable. A very convenient position close to the hospital & specialist’s. Thoroughly enjoyed & recommend for convenience.

Excellent location for visiting Westmead Hospitals

We had a sudden need to visit our son in Westmead hospital. This motel was excellent in every respect for this purpose. Staff were friendly and helpful and the adjacent cafe was a lifesaver. Meals could be charged to the room and nothing was too much trouble. Washing facilities were available. Proximity of Parramatta park allowed a lovely place to walk and explore. Pros: Cleanliness; excellent housekeeping; friendly personnel; never felt just like a business congrats to the Uniting Church for this initiative. Cons: A lift for rooms not on ground level Location: Convenience store just up the street proximity to the railway station proximity to Parramatta shops and facilities

We all had a great weekend and it was great that the hospital was so close.

Nice hotel at Westmead Hospital

If you need to have an overnight stay close to Westmead Hospital, this is the place to go. Conveniently situated directly across the road from the main entrance to the hospital, and less than 5 mins walk from the Skin Hospital and other medical facilities, this is quite inexpensive and yet more comfortable than I expected. The beds are soft and cosy, the bathroom is nicely appointed, there is both a restaurant and room service dinner available and Continental breakfast is also delivered the night before if it’s required. If you have special dietary requirements such as coeliac disease, let them know when you book and they are happy to accomodate your requirements.

Brilliantly located to Westmead Hospital

Staff very welcoming, helpful and make everything so easy for you. Definitely make this your no.1 hotel to stay if you are visiting the hospital, just walk across the road to main entry. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff friendliness is a definite bonus at 175, yes would stay again. Pros: Friendly staff with can do attitude. Cons: maybe a lift instead of stairs only. Location: location to hospital is paramount for us + dining you have choices of room service OR yummy restaurants/takeaways close by.

Pleasant Stay

Stayed at 175 ready for a hospital visit the next day. What a great experience. Check in by Gareth was exceptional he went onto check local courtesy bus details for local clubs and organised Cabs for us. He was fantastic! The room was very accessible for myself after having 2 hip operations and the room was extremely clean and the bed sooo comfy. As a teacher of hospitality I would highly recommend this motel. We will be back next week.

Nice hotel close to station

Nice hotel, well maintained and comfortable. We had a quad room. A bit small but fine for a few days. Great for a trip to Sydney to watch the footy.

Met our needs perfectly

We required overnight accommodation to access nearby medical services. Everything about 175 – One Hotels and Apartments was perfect. Staff could not have been more helpful, the room was spacious, clean and well equipped and secure off street parking gave peace of mind. All of this at a very reasonable price for this area. Will definitely recommend and will stay again.

Nice accommodation and convenient to Westmead Hospital

Convenient for country patients and families at both Westmead Hospitals

Pretty good choice

Whole family stayed here for a few nights due to hospital visit, great location if you are here for hospital reasons, only 5 minutes walk to the children’s hospital too. Overall, a decent choice, rooms are not very spacious but good enough. Free parking, Wi-Fi and Foxtel are great plus. We found the services were great, staffs were attentive. We had a dirty bed sheet and pillow case, rang the reception, they delivered fresh ones within 2 minutes. I would stay here again in the future.

Great Value, Very Clean, Excellent Location

Although the exterior is dated the rooms are pleasantly modern and thoroughly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, the Foxtel free, and most surprising of all, the room service steak dinner was the best we’d had in years. We even got a free dessert! The staff were helpful and the location is so handy to the hospital we simply walked to our appointment. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Room

Executive Queen room was clean and tidy – good quality towels in bathroom, and plunger coffee provided. In-room breakfast options were nothing exciting, but adequate. They say they want to be the best 3.5 star hotel in West Sydney, and they are well on the way.

Affordable Sydney Accommodation

We were first attracted to Wesley Lodge because it was close enough to where we wanted to be and unlike most chains the price was affordable, the name change has not changed that. Comfortable older motel, currently get some work done. Friendly staff, comfortable room and bed, rooms not huge but suited our purpose. Quaint little restaurant, limited menu but the food is good. For anyone interested it is across the road from Westmead Hospital.

Pros: Location, price, comfort, staff

Cons: Move it out of Sydney, but that would mean one less choice of where to stay on our infrequent visits

Great hotel

We only stayed the one night but we found the staff to be very polite and helpful, the room was spotless, the beds were comfortable. Only a short walk for public transport. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Location: Close to transport, shops, parks, hospital.

Very convenient to Westmead Hospital

I stayed in a room for disabled people and it was very good. The disabled bathroom was very well set up and easy to access. They are building an extension at the moment that has an elevator but if you have difficulty with stairs make sure that you request a ground floor room until the elevator has been completed. The staff were very helpful and juggled bookings to extend my stay without having to move rooms. Like so many people staying at this hotel I was visiting a family member who was in Westmead Hospital. The hospital is only a few hundred meters away and there are a couple of restaurants nearby that stay open late. The curries at Sehaj Indian Food and Sweets were quick and very tasty. Thailand 999 restaurant was also very good and the service was very quick and friendly. Pros: Proximity to Westmead Hospital Location: Close to Westmead Hospital and railway station.

Very convenient to Westmead Hospital

This hotel is very close to Westmead Hospital and the railway station. It is ideal for anyone visiting a patient in the hospital. I had a room for disabled people and the bathroom access and facilities were very good. The staff were also very helpful.

Great location for our quick overnight stay…

Great location for our quick overnight stay as we were going to a Concert at Olympic Park…. Close to Train for the trip to the concert only 20 mins. Also across the road to Westmead Hospital. Amenities are good so will back. Oh the only thing is the payment with credit card they take out more for a bond but having experienced this at other Hotels it takes days for them to repay your CC.

Very quiet environment and easy…

Very quiet environment and easy transport to near shopping centre. Walking to the train station only few minutes. Good internet WiFi service.

Affordable hotel, good location

I arrived late at night to check in and Luke the staff member I saw was just lovely, so helpful. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. My only complaint was that there wasn’t a beer in the mini bar haha
